AGM Announcement and Return of Capital Update
Donegal Investment Group Plc will hold its AGM for 2025 at the Colab ATU Donegal, Port Road, Letterkenny, Co Donegal F92 PHF4 at 2:00pm on 20 February 2025. The Notice for the AGM is available on the Group's website www.donegaligroup.com .
The Board would also like to announce that, following the passing of resolutions required to facilitate the return of €4.8m in capital to shareholders at its annual general meeting held on 29 November 2024, the Board has implemented the conversion and subsequent redemption of 18.15% of each shareholder's total ordinary shares held on the record date of Friday 17 January 2025 (6.00pm).
Following this redemption, any shareholder who held 50 or fewer Ordinary Shares had their remaining holding of Ordinary Shares redeemed.
The relevant shares were converted and redeemed on Monday, 20 January 2025 with each shareholder entitled to receive payment in cash of €16.50 per ordinary share converted and redeemed.
Shareholders will receive their redemption proceeds of €16.50 per share within the next seven days.
Following this transaction, the company has an issued Ordinary Share Capital of 1,232,593.
