Donegal Investment Group announces that it has been informed of the purchase of 490 Ordinary Shares of nominal value €0.13 each at an average price per share of €12.15 by Geoffrey Vance, Chairman and Director of the Company, on 9 February 2021.

Following the purchase of shares, Geoffrey Vance is the beneficial owner of 72,698 Ordinary Shares representing 2.57% of the Company's ordinary shares outstanding of 2,828,789.
