Donegal Investment Group announces that it has been informed of the sale of 1,079 Ordinary Shares of nominal value €0.13 each by Marcel de Sousa, the Managing Director of a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company, IPM Potato Group, at a price of €13.40 per share on 28 September 2020.

Mr. De Sousa is a Person Discharging Managerial Responsibilities and following this sale of shares is no longer the beneficial owner of any of the Company's current issued share capital.
