Further to the announcement of yesterday, 7 September, Mr. Ian Ireland, Donegal Investment Group Managing Director, holds 97,827 Ordinary Shares (following the exercise of 25,198 Share Options) representing 3.46 per cent of Ordinary Shares outstanding and not 105,460 Ordinary Shares as per yesterday's announcement.  All other shareholdings and share options exercised or cash settled remain as per yesterday's announcement.
