Migration EGM

Pursuant to the Letter to Shareholders and the EGM Circular both of 14 January 2021, and copies of which are available on the Company's website, the EGM took place at 11.30am today at the Company's Head Office at Ballyraine, Letterkenny, Co.Donegal.

Donegal are pleased to confirm that all the resolutions proposed at today's EGM for the purposes of replacing CREST with Euroclear Bank for electronic settlement of trading in the Company's shares, have been approved by Shareholders, as set out below.
