With reference to our letter dated, September 26, 2025 with the subject Outcome of Board Meeting of Donear Industries Limited for the appointmrnt of Company Secretary and Compliance Officer [“the Company“] held on September 26, 2025, we would like to inform that Mrs. Medha Pattanayak (DIN:07157952), completed her second term of five years as an Independent Director and consequently she ceased to be an Independent Director of the Company with effect from September 25,2025. The Board of Directors of the Company expressed deep appreciation and gratitude to Mrs. Medha Pattnayak for her extensive contribution and stewardship during his tenure.

Further, in Compliance with Regulation 30 of the SEBI Listing Regulations, read with SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD-1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated July 13, 2023 (“SEBI Circular”) requisite details of Mrs. Medha Pattanayak are enclosed as Annexure I.

All other particulars and details remain unchanged. The Corrigendum shall be read with the Outcome of Board Meeting dated September 26, 2025. This corrigendum is also available on the website of the Company www.donear.com
