On February 24, 2015, Domino’s Pizza, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing financial results for the fourth quarter and fiscal year, each ended December 28, 2014. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1. The information in this Form 8-K and the Exhibit attached hereto are being furnished pursuant to Item 2.02 of Form 8-K and therefore shall not be deemed filed for purposes of Section 18 of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934.
