Completion of share buyback programme

The Company announces that it has successfully completed its £20 million share buy-back programme (the "Programme") in respect of its ordinary shares of 25/48p each ("Ordinary Shares"), which it announced on 1 September 2025.

The Company confirms that, having repurchased 9,844,125 Ordinary Shares for a total consideration of £20 million, the buy-back programme is now complete. The average price of shares bought back under the Buyback Programme was 203.16 pence per share. All shares purchased as part of the share buyback programme have been cancelled, and thus the resultant issued share capital consists of 384,868,623 Ordinary Shares.

Transaction in Own Shares

The Company also announces that in accordance with Company's Programme announced on 1 September 2025, it has purchased for cancellation through Panmure Liberum Limited, the following Ordinary Shares:

Total Voting Rights

Following cancellation of the above Ordinary Shares, the Company will have 384,868,623 Ordinary Shares in issue. No Ordinary Shares are held in treasury.

This number represents the total voting rights in the Company and may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they can determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in the Company under the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
