DIRECTOR/PDMR SHAREHOLDING

Domino's Pizza Group plc (the "Company") announces that it has today granted an award under the Company's Deferred Share Bonus Plan (the "Plan") to David Wild, its CEO and a director of the Company.  

As shareholders are aware, bonuses payable to executive directors are settled 2/3 in cash and 1/3 in shares, the receipt of the latter being deferred for two years.   The Plan is used to deliver the deferred portion of the bonus, and a full explanation of its operation is contained in the directors' remuneration report, within the 2014 Annual Report.  

The award granted today under the Plan represents 1/3 of the gross bonus due to David Wild for the financial year ended 27 December 2015.   The award is structured as a nil cost option over 22,413 of the Company's ordinary shares of 1.5625p and the number of shares was calculated using a strike price of 995.5p, being the closing mid-market quotation for the Company's shares on 10 March 2016.  

As the Plan is a deferral of annual bonus, the vesting of the award and release of shares is not subject to any further post-grant performance condition other than continued service.   Dividend equivalents will be payable on vesting.   No consideration was paid for the grant of the awards and no consideration is due on the maturity of the awards.
