On 29 March 2021, Domino's Pizza Group plc ("Company") announced that it had reached agreement to sells its entire shareholding in Pizza Pizza ehf. ("Domino's Iceland").

The Company can advise that the transaction to sell Domino's Iceland completed on 31 May 2021.
