Domino's Pizza Group plc (the "Company") announces that on 21 December 2018, Simon Wallis, International Managing Director, received 61,775 shares following the vesting of a conditional share award made on 21 December 2015. 29,108 shares were sold to cover liability to tax and national insurance contributions arising on vesting.
