Audit Tender Process

Domino's Pizza Group plc (the "Group" or the "Company") is pleased to announce its intention to appoint PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP as external auditor commencing with the financial year ending on 29 December 2019.

The Group's current auditor, Ernst & Young LLP, will continue in its role as external auditor until the completion of the audit for the financial year ending 30 December 2018.

The appointment follows a competitive tender process overseen by the Audit Committee. The Board would like to thank each of the other firms who participated in the audit tender process.

A formal recommendation regarding the new appointment will be put to shareholders at the Company's Annual General Meeting to be held in 2019.
