Milan, 19 May 2025. DHH S.p.A. (DHH.MI) (ISIN shares IT0005203622), listed on Euronext Growth Milan, announces that today has submitted to Borsa Italiana S.p.A. the application for admission to trading of 1.039.485 warrants denominated "Warrant DHH S.p.A. 2025-2028" ("Warrant"). The Warrants will entitle the holder to subscribe, under the terms of the Warrant regulation (in the period between June 1, 2027, and December 29, 2028, unless extended as provided therein), to a maximum total of 623.691 DHH shares, with regular dividend rights and fully fungible with the current DHH shares in circulation, according to the exercise ratio provided for in the regulation and at a unit price of Euro 3,10 each. Please note that the Warrants will be identified with ISIN code IT0005645541 and that the date of admission to trading of the Warrants is expected to be Thursday, May 22, 2025, with settlement and start date of trading of the Warrants expected to be Monday, May 26, 2025. Please note that the aforementioned Warrants will be placed in the centralised management system at Monte Titoli S.p.A. in dematerialised form.
