Milan, 1 April 2021. DHH S.p.A. ("DHH") (DHH.MI | WDHH21.MI) (ISIN shares IT0005203622 | ISIN warrants IT0005203689), the cloud computing provider of Southeast Europe, announces that the Monthly Average Price, as defined in the warrant Dominion Hosting Holding S.p.A. 2016 – 2021 Regulation for March 2021 was equal to EUR 11,73 (the average price of the DHH's shares recorded during the trading sessions in the month of March 2021) whereas the strike price for warrant of DHH ("Warrant") is equal to EUR 11,50.

Pursuant to Article 4 to the warrant Dominion Hosting Holding S.p.A. 2016 – 2021 Regulation, the exercise of the warrants was automatically suspended (Restricted Period) on 26 March 2021, the date on which the Board of Directors of the Company resolved to call the Shareholders' Meeting for the approval of the Financial Statements, set for 28 April 2021, as reported in the Financial Calendar, and up to the date (included) on which it will take place and, in any case, up to the day (excluded) established for the detachment of dividends (ex date 3 May 2021) resolved by the Shareholders' Meeting.

To note that Warrants not exercised by July, 27, 2021 will be void.
