(DHH.MI) (ISIN shares IT0005203622 | ISIN warrants IT0005645541) announces the financial calendar for 2026, which is summarized below: - 20 March 2026: Board of Directors meeting approving the draft Financial Statements 2025 and the consolidated Financial Statements 2025; - 29 April 2026: Shareholders' meeting, on first call, approving the Financial Statements 2025; - 30 April 2026: Shareholders' meeting, on second call, approving the Financial Statements 2025; - 22 May 2026: Board of Directors meeting approving the results as at 1Q2026 (unaudited data); - 22 September 2026: Board of Directors meeting approving the Consolidated Condensed Interim Financial Statements 2026, subject to limited review by the auditing firm; - 20 November 2026: Board of Directors meeting approving the results as at 3Q2026 (unaudited data). • 20 March 2026: Board of Directors meeting approving the draft Financial Statements 2025 and the consolidated Financial Statements 2025;
• 29 April 2026: Shareholders' meeting, on first call, approving the Financial Statements 2025;
• 30 April 2026: Shareholders' meeting, on second call, approving the Financial Statements 2025;
• 22 May 2026: Board of Directors meeting approving the results as at 1Q2026 (unaudited data);
• 22 September 2026: Board of Directors meeting approving the Consolidated Condensed Interim Financial Statements 2026, subject to limited review by the auditing firm;
• 20 November 2026: Board of Directors meeting approving the results as at 3Q2026 (unaudited data).
