(DHH.MI) (ISIN shares IT0005203622) announces the financial calendar for 2025, which is summarized below: - 21 March 2025: Board of Directors meeting approving the draft Financial Statements 2024 and the consolidated Financial Statements 2024; - 29 April 2025: Shareholders' meeting, on first call, approving the Financial Statements 2024; - 30 April 2025: Shareholders' meeting, on second call, approving the Financial Statements 2024; - 22 May 2025: Board of Directors meeting reviewing the results as at 1Q2025; - 22 September 2025: Board of Directors meeting approving the Consolidated Condensed Interim Financial Statements 2025, subject to limited review by the auditing firm; - 21 November 2025: Board of Directors meeting reviewing the results as at 3Q2025. The Company will promptly notify any changes to the announced dates. The financial calendar is available on the Company's website www.dhh.international, "For Investors" section.
