Milan, 24 July 2020. DHH S.p.A. ("DHH") (DHH.MI | WDHH21.MI) (ISIN shares IT0005203622 | ISIN warrants IT0005203689), the cloud computing provider of Southeast Europe, announces that as a partial modification of what is indicated in the financial calendar for the year 2020 released on 16 December 2019, the Board of Directors meeting reviewing the quarterly results (2Q2020) will take place on 31 July 2020 instead of 11 August 2020.

The next dates of the updated financial calendar for 2020, are summarized below:

• 31 July 2020: Board of Directors meeting reviewing the quarterly results (2Q2020);

• 28 September 2020: Board of Directors meeting approving the sixmonthly financial statements 2020;

• 11 November 2020: Board of Directors meeting reviewing the quarterly results (3Q2020).
