Milan, 16 December 2019. DHH S.p.A. ("DHH") (DHH.MI | WDHH21.MI) (ISIN shares IT0005203622 | ISIN warrants IT0005203689), the cloud computing provider of Southeast Europe, announces the financial calendar for 2020, which is summarized below:

• 26 March 2020: Board of Directors meeting approving the draft financial statements 2019;

• 27 April 2020: Shareholders' meeting approving the financial statements 2019;

• 11 May 2020: Board of Directors meeting reviewing the quarterly results (1Q2020);

• 11 August 2020: Board of Directors meeting reviewing the quarterly results (2Q2020);

• 28 September 2020: Board of Directors meeting approving the sixmonthly financial statements 2020;

• 11 November 2020: Board of Directors meeting reviewing the quarterly results (3Q2020).
