Milan, 12 December 2017. The Board of Directors of Dominion Hosting Holding S.p.A. ("DHH") (DHH.MI | WDHH21.MI) (ISIN shares IT0005203622 | ISIN warrants IT0005203689), a tech company whose mission is to create the "Internet Platform of the Emerging markets of Europe", today approved the financial calendar for 2018, which is summarized below:

• 28 March 2018: Board approving the draft financial statements 2017;

• 30 April 2018: Shareholders' Meeting approving the financial statements 2017; - 26 September 2018: Board approving the six-month financial statements 2018; - 14 December 2018: Board approving the 2019 budget.

The Board of Directors of Dominion Hosting Holding S.p.A. has examined and approved the financial calendar for 2018 and the setting-up of a new startup focused on managed hosting

Milan, 12 December 2017. The Board of Directors of Dominion Hosting Holding S.p.A. ("DHH") (DHH.MI | WDHH21.MI) (ISIN shares IT0005203622 | ISIN warrants IT0005203689), a tech company whose mission is to create the "Internet Platform of the Emerging markets of Europe", today approved the financial calendar for 2018, which is summarized below:

• 28 March 2018: Board approving the draft financial statements 2017;
• 30 April 2018: Shareholders' Meeting approving the financial statements 2017;
• 26 September 2018: Board approving the six-month financial statements 2018;
• 14 December 2018: Board approving the 2019 budget.

The Company has also resolved to set up a fully owned new subsidiary in Croatia focused on managed hosting. Furthermore, DHH d.o.o. would demerge and transfer to the above newly incorporated company a certain number of existing agreements with clients, the ones related to managed hosting.
