Milan, 10 March 2021. DHH S.p.A. ("DHH") (DHH.MI | WDHH21.MI) (ISIN shares IT0005203622 | ISIN warrants IT0005203689), the cloud computing provider of Southeast Europe, announces - in compliance with the disclosure requirements under Article 17 of the AIM Italia Issuers' Regulations (Regolamento Emittenti AIM Italia) - the agreed termination of the specialist agreement (as referred to in article 35 of the AIM Italia Issuers' Regulations) with CFO SIM S.p.A., considering 13 June 2021 as the last date of the services.

The Company has identified MIT SIM S.p.A. as the new specialist and has entered into an agreement with the same, pursuant to which MIT SIM S.p.A. will take on such office from 14 June 2021.
