All the employees in all countries are working remotely

Milan, 23 March 2020. DHH S.p.A. ("DHH") (DHH.MI | WDHH21.MI) (ISIN shares IT0005203622 | ISIN warrants IT0005203689), the cloud computing provider of Southeast Europe, announces that it doesn't stop its activities. Yesterday, the Italian government published a new Decree-Law named "Misure urgenti di contenimento del contagio sull'intero territorio nazionale". This Decree-Law - aimed at limiting the COVID-19 epidemic - stops all the activities that are considered "non-essential" by the government until April 3.

As a cloud computing provider, DHH is included in the list of companies that can continue to fully operate. Furthermore, all the employees of the group are working remotely in all countries since the start of the emergency.
