("DHH") (DHH.MI | WDHH21.MI) (ISIN shares IT0005203622 | ISIN warrants IT0005203689), the cloud computing provider of Southeast Europe, with reference to the press release of 21 May 2020, announces that the merger plan relating to the incorporation of Seeweb Holding into DHH has been registered by respectively the Companies' Register of Milan Monza-Brianza Lodi (ref. DHH) and Frosinone (ref. SeeWeb Holding).
