Milan, 18 September 2019. Following the press release of 18 July 2019, DHH S.p.A. ("DHH") (DHH.MI | WDHH21.MI) (ISIN shares IT0005203622 | ISIN warrants IT0005203689), a tech company whose mission is to create the "Internet Platform of the Emerging markets of Europe," communicates that EnVent Capital Markets Ltd, as a Nominated Adviser, issued the declarations set forth in Schedule 2, Section C of the AIM Italia Rules for Nominated Adviser. In the press release of last July 18, 2019, the Company informed that it had appointed Nominated Adviser to EnVent Capital Markets Ltd with effect from 19 July 2019, according to Article 17 of the AIM Italia Regulation.
