Milan, 9 February 2018. Dominion Hosting Holding S.p.A. ("DHH") (DHH.MI | WDHH21.MI) (ISIN shares , a tech company whose mission is to create the "Internet Platform of the Emerging markets of Europe", has released a Key Information Document ("KID") with reference to its warrants, pursuant to EU Regulation no. 1286/2014, and relevant implementing provisions, that have come into effect in January 2018.

Key Information Document relating to warrants of Dominion Hosting Holding S.p.A.

Milan, 9 February 2018. Dominion Hosting Holding S.p.A. ("DHH") (DHH.MI | WDHH21.MI) (ISIN shares IT0005203622 | ISIN warrants IT0005203689), a tech company whose mission is to create the "Internet Platform of the Emerging markets of Europe", has released a Key Information Document ("KID") with reference to its warrants, pursuant to EU Regulation no. 1286/2014, and relevant implementing provisions, that have come into effect in January 2018.

The KID is available on DHH's website in the Investor Relations section.

DHH reserves the right to modify and/or add the KID also in light of any guidelines that might be subsequently approved by the competent Supervisory Authority.
