Milan, 9 December 2024. DHH S.p.A. (DHH.MI) (ISIN shares IT0005203622) announces that it has received today from Giandomenico Sica the notice of substantial change in shareholding pursuant to Article 17 of the Euronext Growth Milan Issuers' Regulations. As a result of today's assignment of 115.000 shares, vested under the regulations of the "Piano Stock Option DHH 2022 – 2025" in compliance with the terms and conditions set forth therein, the number of shares held by it is 342.935, rising above the 5% threshold.
Notification of substantial change in shareholding
Milan, 9 December 2024. DHH S.p.A. (DHH.MI) (ISIN shares IT0005203622) announces that it has received today from Giandomenico Sica the notice of substantial change in shareholding pursuant to Article 17 of the Euronext Growth Milan Issuers' Regulations.
As a result of today's assignment of 115.000 shares, vested under the regulations of the "Piano Stock Option DHH 2022 – 2025" in compliance with the terms and conditions set forth therein, the number of shares held by it is 342.935, rising above the 5% threshold.
Based on the communications received, the Company's current shareholding structure, showing shareholders holding more than 5% of DHH's share capital, is as follows:
