Milan, 16 April 2024. DHH S.p.A. ("DHH" or the "Company") (DHH.MI | WDHH21.MI) (ISIN shares IT0005203622) announces that it has received today from Daniele Vona and Marianna Vona, heirs of Enrico Vona, the notice of substantial change of shareholding pursuant to Article 17 of the Euronext Growth Milan Issuers' Regulations, following the completion in their favor of the inheritance procedure of the DHH shares.

Milan, 16 April 2024. DHH S.p.A. ("DHH" or the "Company") (DHH.MI | WDHH21.MI) (ISIN shares IT0005203622) announces that it has received today from Daniele Vona and Marianna Vona, heirs of Enrico Vona, the notice of substantial change of shareholding pursuant to Article 17 of the Euronext Growth Milan Issuers' Regulations, following the completion in their favor of the inheritance procedure of the DHH shares.
Based on the communications received, the Company's current shareholding structure, showing shareholders holding more than 5% of DHH's share capital, is as follows:
