Milan, 13 May 2024. DHH S.p.A. ("DHH" or the "Company") (DHH.MI | WDHH21.MI) (ISIN shares IT0005203622) announces that it received today from Alkemia SGR S.p.A., on behalf of the investment fund "PIPE" managed by it, the notice of substantial change of shareholding pursuant to Article 17 of the Euronext Growth Milan Issuers' Regulations.

Milan, 13 May 2024. DHH S.p.A. ("DHH" or the "Company") (DHH.MI | WDHH21.MI) (ISIN shares IT0005203622) announces that it received today from Alkemia SGR S.p.A., on behalf of the investment fund "PIPE" managed by it, the notice of substantial change of shareholding pursuant to Article 17 of the Euronext Growth Milan Issuers' Regulations.
Based on the communications received, the Company's current shareholding structure, showing shareholders holding more than 5% of DHH's share capital, is as follows:
