Milan, 30 October 2020. DHH S.p.A. ("DHH" or the "Company") (DHH.MI | WDHH21.MI) (ISIN shares IT0005203622 | ISIN warrants IT0005203689), the cloud computing provider of Southeast Europe, announces that on the date hereof the statements required pursuant to Article 14 of the AIM Italia Issuers Regulation, in connection with the "reverse take-over" transaction through merger by incorporation of Seeweb Holding S.r.l. into the Company (the "Merger"), were duly issued towards Borsa Italiana S.p.A.

More in detail, the effective date of the Merger being close (i.e. 11:59 p.m. of 31 October 2020), today DHH and EnVent Capital Markets Ltd. (in its quality as Nominated Adviser) released to Borsa Italiana S.p.A., respectively, the statements under Schedule 7, Part II, of the AIM Italia Issuers Regulation and the statements under Schedule 4, Part II, of the Nominated Advisers Regulation.

(in its quality as Nominated Adviser) released to Borsa Italiana S.p.A., respectively, the statements under Schedule 7, Part II, of the AIM Italia Issuers Regulation and the statements under Schedule 4, Part II, of the Nominated Advisers Regulation.
