Milan, 07 May 2025. DHH S.p.A. (DHH.MI) (ISIN shares IT0005203622) announces that the Company's Board of Directors, following the resolution passed on March 21, 2024, by the previous Board in compliance with the provisions of Article 6-bis of the Euronext Growth Milan Issuers' Regulations, has reapproved the quantitative and qualitative criteria for assessing the significance, including economic significance, of relationships that may be relevant for the assessment of the independence of Directors (the "Policy"). The Policy is available on the Company's website at www.dhh.international, in the "For investors" section.
