Comment
The strong growth of the revenue in Q1-2022 vs. Q1-2021 is driven by: 1) the recovery of the growth in Italy after the pandemic peaking. In particular, Seeweb, which is the main contributor of revenue in

the country, grew the net sales by 8% in Q1-2022 vs Q1-2021; 2) the stable double-digit growth in the Balkans, with particular reference to Slovenia and Croatia, countries where DHH has a leading position; 3) the inclusion of Evolink in the group. Evolink is the cloud computing and b2b internet service provider active in Bulgaria and acquired by DHH at the end of 2021.
Recurring revenue (referring to the IaaS, PaaS, SaaS e Datacenter & Networking segments) is equal to 96,7% of the total revenue.
Other announcements
On 12.04.2022 the Croatian subsidiary DHH d.o.o. changed its name in "Plus hosting grupa d.o.o." (Croatian name) and "Plus hosting group Ltd" (English name); from the point of view of visibility on the market there were no changes because the company operates through four brands – Plus hosting, Studio4web, Infonet and Optima Hosting – that have remained unchanged.
