FINANCIAL CALENDAR FOR THE YEAR 2025

In accordance with Article 4.1.1 of the Athens Stock Exchange Rulebook and Decision No. 25 of the Athens Exchange, and with a view to ensuring timely and accurate information to the investing public, DOMIKI KRITIS S.A. announces its Updated Financial Calendar for the year 2025 as follows:

• Publication of the Annual Financial Report for the fiscal year 2024 will take place on Wednesday, 30th of April, 2025, by posting it on the website of the Athens Stock Exchange (www.athexgroup.gr) and on the Company's website (www.domik.gr). The publication will occur after the close of the Athens Stock Exchange trading session.
• Announcement with commentary on the Financial Results for the fiscal year 2024 will be made on Monday, 5 th of May, 2025.
• The Annual Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders will be held on Wednesday, 17th of June, 2025.
• The Company will not distribute a dividend for the fiscal year 2024.
• Publication of the Financial Report for the First Half of 2025 on Monday, September 29, 2025.

The Company clarifies that the results will be announced after the close of the Athens Stock Exchange session on the Company's website (www.domik.gr) and on the Athens Stock Exchange Group website (www.athexgroup.gr).
