Dometic will perform a non-cash goodwill impairment impacting the third quarter result

After conducting an assessment of the carrying value of Dometic's assets and considering the macroeconomic situation and weakened market conditions highlighted in a press release on September 17, 2024, Dometic will perform a non-cash goodwill impairment of SEK 2.0 b., negatively impacting the operating profit (EBIT) for segment Land Vehicles Americas in the third quarter 2024. The impairment will not have any impact on EBITA, cash flow or the net debt to EBITDA leverage ratio.

Dometic's report for the third quarter will be published on October 23, 2024.
