1. The Board of Directors of DOME INVESTMENTS PUBLIC COMPANY LTD during a meeting held on Monday 29 April 2013, examined and approved the final results for the year ended 31 December 2012 (attached).
1. The Board of Directors decided that the Annual General shareholder meeting is going to be held on Wednesday 31 July 2013 at Constantinos the Great Beach Hotel in Protaras at 5.00pm.
1. The final results have been audited by the Group's external auditors.
1. The final results have no significant deviation from the indicative results announced on 27 February 2013.
1. The final results will be sent to the shareholders and they will be available on the company's website, www.tsokkos.com. Investors can get a copy of the final results, at no charge, from the company's head office in Paralimni, tel 23-848000.
