ANNOUNCEMENT

1. At its meeting held on Thursday, 28 April 2016, the Board of Directors of DOME INVESTMENTS PUBLIC COMPANY LTD examined and approved the final results of the Company for the year ended 31 December 2015 (attached hereto).
1. The Board of Directors decided that the Annual General Meeting of the shareholders will be held on Wednesday, 27 July 2016 at Constantinos the Great Hotel in Protaras at 5:00 p.m.
1. The final results have been audited by the Company's external auditors.
1. The deviation of the final results from the indicative results announced on 26 February 2016 is presented in the reconciliation below:

1. The net loss after taxation for 2015 was €1.820.001 compared to a net profit of €281.492 in 2014. The main reason for the loss is the net exchange loss of €2.297.639 compared to a net exchange loss of €280.537 in 2014.
