SUBJECT: DECISIONS OF THE 39th ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

The 38th Annual General Meeting of Dome Investments Public Company Ltd was held on Wednesday 08 December 2021, at Constantinos the Great Beach Hotel in Protaras.

The Annual General Meeting discussed and resolved on the following:

• 1. Examined and approved the Directors report, the Financial Statements and the Auditors' report for the year 31 December 2020.
• 1. Examined and approved the re-election of the retiring Directors Mrs. Anastasia Tsokkou, Mrs. Maria Tsokkou and Mr. Nestoras Kyriakides.
• 1. Examined and decided that the Non-lexecutive Directors' remuneration for 2021 will remain at an annual fee of €3.000 plus €500 for each meeting of the Board of Directors.
• 1. Examined and approved the re-appointment of the auditors KPMG Ltd and authorized the Board of Directors to determine their remuneration.
