Dolphin Drilling AS: New share capital registered

Oslo, 17 April 2024: Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement by

Dolphin Drilling AS (the "Company") (ticker code: DDRIL) on 10 April 2024

regarding the successful private placement of 72,000,000 new shares in the

Company at a subscription price of NOK 6 per share (the "Private Placement").

The share capital increase relating to the tranche 1 of the Private Placement

has today been registered with the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises.

The Company's new share capital is NOK 268,534,807 divided on 268,534,807, each

with a par value of NOK 1.00.
