CLARIFICATION OF THE MAXIMUM NUMBER OF SHARES TO BE ALLOTED IN THE SUBSEQUENT OFFERING

The company refers to stock announcements earlier

today. For the sake of good order the Company wants

to clarify that the maximum number of shares that

will be issued in the subsequent offering will be

4,824,000 shares.

The subsequent offering issue price will be NOK 2.50,

in line with the issue price in the Private Placement

concluded today.
