VPS registration of bond issue

As previously communicated to the market, Dolphin Drilling ASA has since 3 July

2018 suspended its service of its financial debt. To ensure the continued VPS

registration of the company's senior unsecured bond issue with ISIN NO 001

0704125 following the bond issue's maturity on 28 February 2019, the Maturity

Date of the bond issue, as registered in VPS, has been extended from 28 February

2019 to 28 August 2019. This is only a technical extension, and it does not in

any way amend the rights of the bondholders under the bond issue.
