Dolphin Drilling - Notice of Annual General Meeting

(Oslo, 23 May 2023) Dolphin Drilling AS (Dolphin Drilling, ticker: DDRIL) - The

annual general meeting of Dolphin Drilling AS will be held on 31 May 2023 at

11:00 hours (CEST) at the offices of Advokatfirmaet Schjødt AS in Tordenskiolds

gate 12, 0160 Oslo.

The notice of the annual general meeting is attached to this release. The notice

will be sent to all registered shareholders on 23 May 2023. The notice and all

other documents to be treated at the annual general meeting will, on the same

date, be available on Dolphin Drilling's website

https://www.dolphindrilling.com/investor-relations.

To register your attendance or grant a proxy to vote for your shares, please

follow the instructions set out in appendix 1 to the notice attached hereto.

Shareholders that wish to attend the general meeting are asked to register their

attendance within 30 May 2023 at 12:00 hours (CEST). Shareholders that wish to

grant proxies are asked to do so within the same time.
