On May 3, 2012, Dolby Laboratories, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing its financial results for its second quarter ended March 30, 2012. The full text of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.

The Company also announced that Microsoft had selected Dolby Digital Plus for Windows 8 on tablets and PCs.
