Invitation to Attend the Ordinary & Extraordinary General Assembly Meetings

Further to the invitation of Doha Bank Board of Directors to attend the Ordinary & Extraordinary General Assembly meetings which was published in the newspaper on 26/02/2021, please note that in compliance with the instructions of the Ministry of Public Health to limit the spread of Coronavirus pandemic, the Ordinary & Extraordinary General Assembly meetings will be held via Zoom application at 04:30 P.M on Monday, 15 March 2021.

In case the quorum is not achieved, a second meeting will be held on Tuesday, 23 March 2021 at the same time.

The registration is accepted in person at Doha Bank Tower, 1st floor, Corniche street, Al Dafna area, two hours before the meeting, or the shareholder data can be sent one day before the date of the meeting to the below email:
