Yönetim Kurulu 08.11.2021 tarih ve 2021/21 tarihli kararı ile Şirketin 50.000.000.- TL'sı tutarındaki kayıtlı sermaye tavanı içerisinde sermayesinin 30.000.000 TL'dan 39.000.000 TL'na çıkarılması amacıyla nakden karşılanmak üzere 9.000.000.- TL artırılması için başlatılan sermaye artırım işlemleri kapsamında, Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu tarafından onaylanan izahnamenin Şirkete ulaştığı ve ortakların bilgisine sunulmak üzere KAP'ta yayımlanmış olması nedeni ile halka arz edilecek olan 1 TL. nominal değerli payların ve 1 lot (100 adet) paydan az olmamak üzere payların satışının 15/11/2021 tarihinde başlayıp 29/11/2021 tarihinde sona ermesine karar verilmiştir.
