Şirketimizin 2024 faaliyet yılı hesap dönemine ilişkin olarak; Türk Ticaret Kanunu, Sermaye Piyasası Kanunu ve sair ilgili mevzuat kapsamı dâhilinde tanımlanmış görevleri yerine getirmek üzere Yönetim Kurulunca seçilen "PwC Bağımsız Denetim ve Serbest Muhasebeci Mali Müşavirlik AŞ"nin bağımsız denetim şirketi olarak atanması hususu genel kurulun onayına sunulacaktır.

Regarding our company's accounting period in 2024, the proposal for the appointment of PwC Bağımsız Denetim ve Serbest Muhasebeci Mali Müşavirlik A.Ş., elected by the Board of Directors, as an independent audit company to fulfill the duties defined within the scope of the Turkish Commercial Code, Capital Markets Law, and other relevant legislation will be submitted to the general assembly for approval.
