Additional Explanations

The proposal to distribute the profit earned by our company in 2023, as detailed in the profit distribution table, taking into account various factors such as the Turkish Commercial Code, CMB legislation, our Articles of Association, profit distribution policy, long-term strategy, investment and financing policies, profitability, and cash position, was approved by the general assembly, with a total cash dividend distribution of 11,500,000,000 TRY, of which 9,000,000,000 TRY will be distributed after deducting the 2,500,000,000 TRY dividend advance payment made in 2023, and dividend payments are scheduled to commence on April 19, 2024.
