During our ordinary general assembly convened on April 16, 2024, pursuant to the authority granted by the 7 th agenda item, the Board of Directors decided to distribute an advance dividend of 2,200,000,000 TRY from the interim profit that had been achieved during the period spanning from January 1, 2024, to June 30, 2024, as revealed in the consolidated financial statements disclosed on August 28, 2024. The profit distribution is aligned with the interests and expectations of our shareholders and conforms to the objectives and targets stipulated in the CMB regulations, the provisions of the TCC, our articles of association, and our profit distribution policy.
