Additional Explanations

At the extraordinary general assembly, a decision has been made in alignment with our Profit Distribution Policy. Aiming to meet shareholder expectations, considering our profitability and financial structure, and upholding our commitment to sustainable and stable dividend distribution, the assembly has decided to initiate the distribution of 1,250,000,000 TRY in cash. This amount is drawn from the freely distributable resources on the balance sheet and will be distributed to our partners proportionate to their shares. The commencement of dividend payments is scheduled for November 24, 2023.
