Additional Explanations

To ensure the continuation of our principle of sustainable and as stable dividend distribution as possible, keeping in mind the interests and expectations of our shareholders in accordance with the CMB legislation, the provisions of the Turkish Commercial Code, and the objectives and targets set in our articles of association and our dividend distribution policy and acting within the scope of the authority given to the Board of Directors with the 7th item of the agenda of our ordinary general assembly held on March 29, 2022, our company has decided to distribute an advance dividend totaling to 900,000,000 TRY from the remaining amount after deducting the contingency reserves required to be set aside according to the Turkish Commercial Code and the articles of association from the interim profit, which can be seen on the consolidated financial statements announced to the public on Nov 09, 2022.
