Kar Dağıtım Politikamıza uygun şekilde 2019 yılına kadar düzenli kar payı ödemesini her yıl yerine getiren Şirketimizin, "pay sahiplerimizin menfaat ve beklentilerini dikkatte tutarak, sürdürülebilir ve olabildiğince kararlı kar payı dağıtımı ilkemizin 2019 yılında da devamını temin bakımından" net 135.000.000 ₺ nakden kar payı dağıtılmasına ve nakden yapılacak kar dağıtımının; ilk ödemesinin belirtilen tutarın % 20'sinden az olmamak üzere en geç 31 Aralık 2019 tarihine kadar, kalan tutarın ise en geç 28 Şubat 2020 tarihine kadar iki taksitte ödenmesi için Yönetim Kuruluna yetki verilmesi hususunun genel kurula teklif edilmesine karar verilmiştir.
