Additional Explanations

Ülkemizde 2016 yılında yaşanan gelişmeler sonucu oluşan kayıpların giderilebilmesi için Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu'nun yaptığı düzenlemeler çerçevesinde Şirketimizce de katkı verilebilmesi amaçlanmış ve Şirketimizin borsada işlem gören paylarından sermayesinin % 10'una (on) karşılık gelen 22.000.000 adet pay toplam 220.161.801,67 TL bedelle geri alınmıştır.

Bu durumdan hareketle; otomotiv sektöründe faaliyetlerimizi etkileyebilecek nitelikte belirsizliklerin yaşanması ihtimali ve Şirketimizin büyüme politikaları doğrultusunda, elde edilen karın, dağıtılmayarak şirket bünyesinde tutulması genel kurulun onayına sunulmasına karar verilmiştir .
