DOF Group ASA - Long-term RSV contract in Brazil

DOF Group ASA ("DOF") is pleased to announce one new long-term RSV contract in

Brazil.

Following the same competitive tender process that resulted in six 4-year RSV

contract awards previously announced, DOF is pleased to announce the signing of

a 4-year contract with Petrobras for the RSV Skandi Commander. A unique feature

of Skandi Commander's contract is that it features an Autonomous Underwater

Vehicle (AUV) to be utilised as part of the vessel's duties in addition to the

Remote Operated Vehicle (ROV). Expected commencement of the contract is in

January 2027. The value of the contract is approximately USD 150 million.
